These terms are an agreement between you and GreenFunds, operated by Artesia Home, a sole proprietorship based in India ("GreenFunds", "we", "us"). By using the website, creating an account, or buying a course, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Who can use GreenFunds
You must be at least 18 years old, or use GreenFunds under the supervision of a parent or guardian who accepts these terms. You agree to give accurate information and to use the service only for lawful, personal learning.
What we provide
GreenFunds offers money-education content: lessons, news explainers, a glossary, and exam-preparation courses such as the NISM Series V-A course. Some content is free. Some courses may be paid. We may add, change or remove content and features over time.
Your account
The exam-prep section lets you sign in with Google or Apple to save your progress, streak and coins across devices. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. Tell us promptly if you suspect any unauthorised use. You can ask us to close your account and delete your data at any time.
Paid courses and payments
Where a course is paid, the price and what it includes are shown before you pay. Payment is handled by a third-party payment gateway, and any instalment or EMI option is provided by that gateway or its lending partners on their own terms, which you should read. Applicable taxes may be added. Access to a paid course is for your own personal use and is not transferable. Our cancellation and refund terms are shown on the checkout or course page and form part of these terms.
Education only, not advice
GreenFunds is educational. It is not financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and it is not a recommendation to buy or sell anything. Please read our disclaimer for the full detail. Any decision you make is your own.
Acceptable use
Please do not misuse the service. In particular, do not:
- Copy, resell or redistribute our content wholesale, or present it as your own.
- Scrape or harvest the site at scale, or try to break or overload it.
- Share a paid course or your account access with others.
- Use the service to break the law or infringe anyone's rights.
Intellectual property
The GreenFunds name, brand, lessons, and design are owned by us or our licensors, and are protected by law. You may read and link to our pages, and share links freely. Exam names such as NISM and the marks of SEBI, AMFI and others belong to their respective owners. GreenFunds is an independent education provider and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or authorised by NISM, SEBI or AMFI.
Third-party links and services
Our pages may link to, or use, third-party sites and services (for example sign-in, analytics, ads and payments). We are not responsible for their content or practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
Accuracy and availability
We work hard to be accurate and to cite primary sources, but content is provided "as is", rules and figures change, and errors can happen. We do not guarantee the service will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, GreenFunds is not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the content or service, including any money decision you take. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken, or if we need to for legal or security reasons. You may stop using GreenFunds at any time.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Moradabad, India have jurisdiction, subject to any rights you have under applicable law.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service and the law change. We will post the new version here with a fresh date. Continued use means you accept the current version.
